Please allow up to 4- 6 weeks for your order to process and ship.You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped.

We recommend adding package protection at checkout to ensure your order is covered in case of loss or damage. It's an extra layer of security for your purchase.

Considering a notable increase in lost packages through shipping providers, we regret to inform you that orders without route package protection enabled will not be eligible for refunds. As of 1/2/24

Refunds

All sales are final. No Refunds In the case that a defective/wrong item is sent, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer!

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship a second time. Please double check your shipping address.
